How long does the program last and how many games does it include?
Standard 60–120 min and 3–6 disciplines; the number of games is adjusted to the size of the team and time.
How many people can participate and how are we divided into teams?
From 10 to 100+ participants through multiple teams/rotations. Teams are formed on-site or in advance.
Do we need special fitness or equipment?
No. Sports shoes and comfortable clothing are sufficient; we adjust the weight.
Is it safe and who leads the program?
Yes. Instructors lead all games, explain the rules, and supervise safety.
What if the weather is bad?
An option for alternative games, a shortened format, or postponement of the event is possible.
Can we include branding and prizes?
Yes. We organize trophies/medals, branded team cards, and even a mini awards ceremony.
