Bungalows (camp zone)
Six wooden bungalows, each with three beds, are ideal for a simple, warm stay in nature.
The camp has sanitary facilities with separate showers and toilets, a room for washing dishes, and a separate area for laundry (washer/dryer for an additional fee).
Camp guests can use the outdoor pool during the season (June 15 – September 15).
For lovers of tranquility – here the day begins with the sound of birds and ends with a starry sky.

Grandfather Martin's House (tradition & authenticity)
Located right in the center of activities, the house has been renovated with stone and wood to retain the spirit of Lika heritage, while providing comfort for a larger group.
The layout offers a kitchen with a dining area, several bedrooms distributed over two floors, and a wooden attic zone dominated by massive beds and a view of Velebit.
Heating: wood stove in the center of the house + auxiliary radiators in the rooms. The capacity is suitable for a larger group (up to ~16 people).
Plus: next to the house is a stone tavern, covered barbecue, and outdoor space for socializing – perfect for team building, bachelor/bachelorette, family gatherings.
Eco camp "Rizvan City" (plots & nature)
At 600 m above sea level, in the Velebit Nature Park, our eco camp offers contact with nature without sacrificing basic comfort.
Campsites for campers/tents, with electricity; some sites also have water/drainage
Sanitary facilities (separate showers and toilets), dishwashing area and separate laundry room

Yes. Bungalows and Villa Korina are excellent for families; the campsite has quiet plots; Grandpa Martin’s House accommodates larger families/friends.
Do you have a pool and when is it open?
Yes, the outdoor pool is seasonal (usually June 15 – September 15). In Villa Korina, the pool is heated, and there are also jacuzzis and saunas.
Can we combine accommodation with activities?
Of course. The most sought-after combinations are: adventure park + zip line, paintball + quad, caving/kayaking + hiking.
Are pets allowed?
It depends on the unit. Please specify in your inquiry the type and size of the pet – we will confirm according to the property’s rules.
Is there heating/air conditioning?
Grandpa Martin’s House: wood stove + auxiliary radiators. Villa Korina: air-conditioned rooms. Bungalows: standard comfort in camping mode.

Yes, parking spaces are provided; internet is available (in Villa Korina – Starlink)
